What Provv does
Provv is a pre-ship buyer panel. It builds a small panel of synthetic buyers grounded in real public language about a market and runs your marketing copy past them for a directional read. It does not make performance guarantees.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity on your account. Do not share your account or use Provv on behalf of someone without their permission.
What you put in
You keep ownership of the copy you put into Provv. By using the product you grant us a limited license to process that copy so we can return reactions, and to store it so you can come back to it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Provv to test illegal content, harass anyone, or attempt to extract source data, identify private individuals, or reverse the panel for any other purpose. We may suspend accounts that misuse the product.
Plans and billing
The free plan is rate limited and may change. Paid plans are billed per seat and can be cancelled any time. Refunds are issued for unused time on annual plans, prorated.
Availability
We work to keep Provv available and accurate, but the service is provided as is, without warranties. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; substantive changes will be flagged in product. Either of us can end the relationship; you can delete your account at any time and we will return or delete your data on request.
