If Provv isn't working for you, you can request a full refund within thirty days of your order date, for any reason. No forms, no interrogation.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund, write to hello@provv.ai and we'll start the refund for you. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
After thirty days
Past the thirty-day window, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and you won't be billed for the next cycle. For exceptional circumstances outside the window, contact us and we'll look at it case by case.
Seller of record
Provv is operated by StackedGTM LLC. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. For eligible transactions, Stripe acts as the Merchant of Record and handles tax compliance, billing receipts, and chargeback processing on our behalf. Product support is handled by Provv directly.
